Nicole’s venture into residential real estate began in October 2004 as an Exclusive Marketing Sales Agent with AKAM Associates, a premiere property management company operating over 80 Co-ops and Condos in the tri-state area. Prior to establishing Starrnic Properties, Nicole joined forces with Scott Yacker in 2006 to form the exclusive sales division of Score Properties since its inception into the New York Real Estate market in 1989. Nicole’s specialized focus on Manhattan’s East and Upper West Side continued through her expanded role as Head of Sales and Marketing at Score Properties to Founder and President of Starrnic Properties.

Nicole began her career in Corporate Sales in the hospitality industry after receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication from the State University of New York at Albany.  She ventured into investment management for 7 years as a Client Service Executive and Account Manager for mid-cap corporate accounts, high-net worth individual trusts and not-for-profit market segments, and later extended her financial expertise as a Business Consultant for an Atlanta-based Mergers and Acquisitions firm. Nicole's vast exerience translates into her business and relationship development role at Starrnic Properties.  She is also a member of The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). 

As a native New Yorker and Manhattan resident for the past 15 years, Nicole has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and trends of New York City living. With over 15 years experience within investment finance, business development and real estate sales, Nicole’s industry diversification enables her to connect and communicate with individuals on many levels.
